Manager - Learner Information Systems & Exams

Salary: £37,974 - £42,225

Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are currently recruiting for an LIS and Exams Manager to lead and develop the team, to sustain and continually improve strong learner and management information systems, processes and reporting to secure, maximise and protect all of the College's funding streams. You will work closely with our College Leadership Team to design the curriculum and to provide specialist knowledge.

We are looking for someone with the ambition and motivation to continually develop and innovate the service, whilst ensuring that the day-to-day operation delivers an outstanding service to staff, students and external agencies.

The successful candidate will have experience of management and leadership within a diverse organisation, delivering and improving a customer-focused business support team.  You will need to have experience of managing and developing complex information systems, including data capture and reporting, in addition to producing and submitting key data returns.  You will need to have excellent time management skills, be highly competent in the use of Excel and be able to integrate organisation-wide systems and processes, including project management and delivery of effective solutions.
