Pentre Group is a privately-owned company based in Leigh, North Manchester which employs over 100 people on the main manufacturing site and supplies a full range of reels and spools to the UK and International Wire & Cable Industry. The company is embarking on a comprehensive investment program.
TRAINEE PRODUCTION PLANNER
ROLE Reporting to the Production Manager to assist in all aspects of production planning for the Leigh site. Advancement in this position is dependent on the successful applicant’s progress, initiative and enthusiasm.
DUTIES To prepare and route plan works orders.
Ordering of production raw materials and maintain stock levels.
Plan capacity in work centres and material requirements.
PROFILE You will have a good work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and work well with others as part of a team. Maths & English with good IT skills will be required.
HOURS 39 hours Monday to Thursday 07.30-16.00, Fridays 07.30-14.30.
