Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer

Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer required for a leading client in the power industry.

The client that I am working with are market leaders with power conversions and power supplies. They have some really exciting projects which in turn mean the relevant Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer will be involved in a long term strategy for the business.

The role requires the Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer to;

• Work on industrial sized equipment
• Work on high voltage power supply
• Create Testing methodologies and processes once design is completed

The relevant Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer should be experiences in;

• Designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
• Estimating costs as associated with implementing test solutions
• Using Lab view or Test Stand

Is it desirable that the Test Development Engineer/Development Engineer is familiar with;

• 6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology
