An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Estate Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding organisation, nationally recognised for impressive growth and profit consistently over the last 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be pivotal assisting the organisations operational, investment and sublet property portfolio. The role will cover multiple areas of property and asset management
Responsibilities will include:
* Asset Management / Property Portfolio Management
* Property Service Management
* Landlord and Tenant management - reviews / renewals
Key Requirements:
* A relevant degree of qualification in Real Estate, Surveying or similar
* APC / RICS qualified or working towards qualification
* Full driving licence for national travel
