Due to the growth of a dramatically expanding practice I am currently assisting with the recruitment of a forward thinking and results driven Litigation Solicitor with following, to assist and help develop an existing and renowned Litigation department situated within an innovative practice with traditional morals and values in the ME10 postcode of Sittingbourne.

The practice itself boosts a highly skilled and supportive feel and has obtained outstanding reviews from its client base with a vast number of clients returning and referring to its extensive range of services due to its knowledgeable and courteous approach.

If you have previous experience in dealing with a varied caseload and are happy to commit to the addition of Civil Litigation matters as required as well as having a high level of experience in handling a range of Commercial Litigation cases from inception to completion, by the evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the case to create a risk-benefit analysis and budget then I would love to hear from you!

Core Activities for the role of a Litigation Solicitor will include, but are not exhaustive of;

• The provision of clear and comprehensive advice to clients and the progression of their case to a smooth conclusion in both Commercial and Civil Litigation
• The drafting of all necessary documentation with 100% accuracy
• The ability to interviewing key witnesses thoroughly
• The gathering of evidence to be used in trial
• A sound working knowledge of Court rules and procedures
• To assist in the business development of the Litigation department and the practice as a whole and to be a key part in the implementation of effective marketing activities

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary dependant on experience.
