Land and New Business Manager (Planning, Development) BLUL54402

Our client is growing.  They own, manage and develop in South Manchester and are planning to add 750 new homes of mixed tenure to their portfolio by 2020 in existing and new geography.  Their newly established development team are seeing new talent.

Joining them as a Land and New Business Manager, you will take the lead in identifying, evaluating and securing land/sites for residential development and will form and develop new relationships with land agents, developers, other RPs, Local Authorities and landowners.  You will source opportunities cost effectively and in line with grant funded, market rent and outright sale programmes.

You will also formulate and present business cases for delivering such schemes whilst contributing towards their future residential strategy.

Candidates for the role will have proven experience in a land or planning role (predominantly residential) and a record of accomplishment of new business delivery with the ability to open up new opportunities and areas of operation.
