PRODUCTION OPERATIVES - LOUTH
SALARY & BENEFITS: £7.60ph rising to £7.69ph after successful 3 months probationary period
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday - Full Time/Part Time (Various shifts available):
07:00am – 3:30pm
08:00am – 2:00pm
03:30pm - 12:00am or finish
An exciting opportunity has arisen for several Production Operatives to join a company which is a market leader in the provision of clean garments to the food processing and manufacturing industries, and also offers consumables and PPE services and a large supplier to the pharmaceuticals industry.
THE ROLE:
As a Production Operative, you will be assisting in the process of work through Production within the 3 Key areas of the plant – Sorting, Cleanroom and Download.
The Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative will include: -
- Meeting customer quality standards
- Following company quality procedures
- Working to department SOP's
- Following company hygiene and jewellery policies
- Following company GMP systems
- Following uniform procedures
- Ensuring you meet your PPOH target
- Supporting your Team Leader reach the daily target
- Following all Health and Safety produces and site rule at all times
THE CANDIDATE:
The job will require you to be standing for some of the day therefore, due to the nature of this position, you must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role. You will be working at the Louth plant within the 3 Key areas as above with very strict hygiene controls. You will be required to wear appropriate clothing for the area including a hairnet, coat, overshoes and gloves.
Full training will be provided.
Key skills and attributes for the Production Operative position based in Louth:
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Candidates must be physically capable for the demands of the role
• Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
