Duties will include:
- Processing business customer orders and handling customer queries
- Provide outstanding customer service and administration support to both the sales and buying departments.
- You will also get to meet customers when they visit, so you need to be well presented and comfortable in a face to face role
- Provide administration support and assistance to the Company's Sales Representatives to include;
o Ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner;
o Provide the Sales Reps with daily updates on their orders.
- Liaise with Buying Department to ensure orders are being processed;
- Liaise with Logistics Department to arrange deliveries for customers;
- Arranging and complete the admin for Shipping Quotes;
- Send Pro-Forma Invoices and chasing Customers for payment;
- Liaising with the Warehouse Team to communicate Customer Order requirements;
- Manage Customer telephone and email queries;
- Provide Customers with updates on their Orders;
To be considered for this role:
- Exceptional office skills to include intermediate level Excel
- Diary management skills
- Well-spoken and smartly presented
- Team player, high levels of integrity and a desire to provide an outstanding level of customer service
