Job title: Chef de Partie/Sr. Chef de Partie
Salary: Up to 19,000 GBP
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Type of contract: Permanent
Workplace description: Based only 6 miles from the M4, with Bristol being the nearest airport (26 miles), this original 17th Century building has been extensively refurbished to offer the best in surroundings and comfort with a unique blend of traditional and contemporary style. The perfect base for both business and leisure.
Main duties and responsibilities: Working in this brasserie style kitchen our focus is on dishes prepared and cooked in house, served without fuss, to a high standard. As part of a small team (5 chefs) you will be working in all sections of this busy kitchen ensuring the quality of food is maintained at all times.
Being a hotel kitchen weekends shifts will be part of your normal rota, occasional breakfast shifts may also be required. Mix of straight shifts and split shifts may required depending on business demand.
Essential criteria: Past experience in a similar kitchen is desirable. The successful candidates must have a good working knowledge of spoken English and must be well groomed (sorry no facial studs). Must also be eligible to work in the UK and have a basic food hygiene knowledge.
Accommodation provided: Yes, on an all-inclusive basis
Charge for accommodation: 31.00 GBP per week
