Prism 7 Recruitment are working on behalf of our leading Pharmaceutical client to recruit a Finance Manager, it is essential that you are AAT Level 4 or CIMA Qualified. All travel and parking expenses will be paid. It would be advantageous that you have experience or knowledge of Pharmaceutical but essential.

Key Deliverables

• Accurate management of financial accounts and the production of monthly management accounts.
• Management of Asset register and deployed equipment and management of contracts.. Management of financial transactions for RAPID trials and R&D tax relief.
• Assistance with EIS Fund raising paperwork and share register. [The latter is maintained with Derringtons]
• VAT returns.
• Year-end accounts.
• Stock management
• General operational support
• Management of Office
• Preparation of Board Packs and Board Minutes
• Management of customer data bases
• General Office Management tasks and support of sales agents/team
• Transfer of accounting system from QBO to Sage.
• Management of debtors and creditors.
