Mercedes-Benz Star Expert is needed by our client a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership to be based in their Chichester showroom.
They operate 9 passenger car dealerships which form part of the UK wide 100 plus strong group.
The role is an entry into the sales team. This is an integral part of the dealership as in most instances you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
About the role:
You will inspire and excite customers in the dealership with in-depth product information and insight.
Maximise opportunities with every customer within the showroom, on the vehicle display, and on the telephone, web, fax and email.
Promote the unique selling points of the dealership and Mercedes products and their customer benefits.
Offer exceptional customer service by using non-pressured customer discussion, achieve and strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives.
Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Remain professional, calm and positive at all times.
Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help. Guide customers to the Sales Executive when they express an interest to buy and support process by delivering product knowledge.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion to be a customer champion, who aspires to become an outstanding sales professional and values premium brands.
You will be well presented with strong communication skills.
Full training will be given so motor industry experience is not essential but an interest in cars is obviously a plus.
Work patterns are on a rota which will include weekends but with days off during the week.
Full clean driving license required.
