Our client, a well-known energy company currently require a Part Time Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role will be working 20 hours per week ( working 3 full days) Salary £15000 to £17500 pro rata
The Role:
The role will involve inbound and outbound calls using prospective data to secure sales of products, and matching customers needs in line with the targets. This will involve:
Negotiating a suitable sales price
Acquiring new customers via referrals from the existing customer base
Ensuring that all sales calls are effectively closed and a sale secured
Cross selling and up selling products
Creating and maintaining an up to date knowledge of competitor activity and developments
Logging and providing an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information
Retention of existing customers
Raising requisitions for credit and debit notes
