Night Guest Service Manager
Wirral / Hoylake
MUST HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE!
To take responsibility for the service standards of the Reception & Night team.
Work very closely with the Head Housekeeper, to ensure standards are maintained.
- Ensure proactive communication with hotel and support teams of the Reservations Strategy, past, present & future.
- Ensure night reports are completed and sent on a daily basis
- Ensure that the breakfast area is well presented for service
-Manage the day to day operation of the Reservations office
- To encourage and develop your team, to ensure that all legal and company standards are being met.
- To maximise room sales and manipulate rates.
