Job Title: PA to Director
Location: Stoke On Trent
Salary: up to £22,000 Dependent on Experience
Position: Permanent, Full Time - up to 40 hours per week (flexibility required)

A vacancy has arisen for a role supporting the Managing Director in his day to day activities, both business and private. Office based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
As PA, you will be carrying out administrative work on behalf of the company's MD. Your role is to free up his time from organising and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to him.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events.
- Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in PA roles.
- Candidates either in ST postcode or within 15 miles of the office as you may need to be present at short notice.
- Educated to a good level.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
