As a trainee recruitment consultant your daily activities will include:
* Ownership and responsibility for building, developing and running your own business area.
* Developing client relationships and new accounts through telephone sales.
* Undertaking candidate searches for key assignments (including advertising/headhunting etc???).
* Advertising vacancies on key jobsites/social media sites.
* Meeting clients to discuss their needs as well as proposing solutions.
* Undertaking in-depth candidate interviews.
* Offering guidance, advice and consultancy to your clients and candidates.
* Interview management and offer management with successful candidates.
* Making placements, earning commission and having fun!

* Have at least 6 months sales experience.
