CRM Business Analyst
Salary Grade 6 salary range is £26,293 to £30,178

Initially until end of March 2019, with the potential to continue thereafter

RBH is at an exciting place developing our vision of people succeeding together to deliver great places to live and work. We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to work with teams across the Society. The successful candidate will be able to run workshops to gather requirements, undertake process mapping and system documentation, and identify system improvements.
This role will be responsible for the development and documentation of systems and processes within the Society’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be a key player in ensuring our new CRM system delivers what our business needs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and digital inclusion with the drive to take forward RBH’s digital ambition. You will have a proven track record of requirements gathering, process mapping and analysing, and prioritising complex tasks and functions. Methodical, precise and self motivated, you will have a collaborative approach, make decisions, be a strategic thinker and be able to influence decision makers. You will be a strong agent of change, working with integrity to support our ambition and values.
