Field Sales Heating Manager

Our client is located within Doncaster and is part of a larger group. Due to growth and new long-term contracts they now need to appoint a strong field Sales Manager, this person ideally needs to possess experience from the heating industry. The role would suit someone who has been a field sales advisor, so has the experience of going into customers homes and discussing their needs face to face, and is now ready to manage a team of advisors. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, organised, able to work out in the field, lead a growing team from the front pro-actively. Be-able to coach and motivate the team and ensure targets and KPI's are achieved. Our client is looking for candidates from the heating and predominately the boiler installation industry, so anyone who is ready for a new challenge and has the above experience we are keen to speak with. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience from the sales industry, however anyone who has been an energy assessor, or been a plumbing installer - our client is keen to speak to. This is a great opportunity with an abundance of career potential. To succeed within the role the successful candidate will be provided with a laptop, mobile phone, car and any other additional tools required. In addition to the great salary package, there is an achieveable OTE. The working week is Monday - Friday and ideally we are looking for someone living within the Yorkshire region or North Nottinghamshire.
