Senior Accountant - £25k to £35k DOE
Brook Street are delighted to be working with a boutique family run Accountancy firm based in the beautiful seaside town of East-Wittering. This friendly and well-established firm have successfully provided a professional and personal service for the last 25 years. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified accountant to join their friendly practice.
Our client are looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 5 years experience working within an accounting firm. You will be experienced in the preparation of annual accounts, income tax and corporation tax returns, quarterly VAT returns, bookkeeping, payroll processing, business start-ups, company formations, company secretarial and specialist taxation advice.
You will be confident, approachable, customer focused individual, with a positive, flexible and you will have an excellent eye for detail. You will need to take control of your own workload, think on your feet, deliver to deadlines, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This would suit someone who has worked previously in a Accountant role within a practice for at least 5 years, with accountancy software experience, and who has a passion for working with all type of people and providing an excellent client experience. Our client are open to applications from candidates looking for both full-time and part-time work.
