Our client is a fun and growing creative agency with offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Torquay. Driven by their commitment to excellence, our client provides a complete range of marketing, design and digital services and business growth.  

Now, they’re looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager to join their passionate team in Exeter.

In this important role, you’ll join a skilled-team of in-house Designers, Developers and Marketers who are committed to providing unrivalled services to their customers.  

You’ll discover a friendly and people-oriented culture where staff are encouraged to share their ideas and challenge the status quo in order to find better ways of doing things.  

The Role:  

As the Sales & Partnership Manager, you will develop and grow the business by providing advice and support to our client’s customers’ businesses.  

Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, you will:  

- Provide strategic marketing advice, consultancy and business growth 
- Maximise sales of our client’s products and services  
- Identify customers’ requirements and recommend ways that our client can help them to realise their business potential  
- Develop business leads and prepare proposals  
- Ensure that marketing projects and campaigns are delivered in-line with customers’ expectations  
- Represent the business at networking events  

About You:  

To be considered, you’ll need:  

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills  
- Strong IT, budgeting and report writing skills  
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm 
- To be commercially astute  
- Superb communication and relationship-building abilities
