An exciting opportunity has arisen at this enterprise located within North Manchester. As an Employability Support Advisor, you will be working closely with NHS Key Workers who have received client referrals from G.P's. Your role will be to identify the client's needs and arrange appropriate support, whether it is using your own knowledge and experience or from utilising statutory partners and relevant organisations within the community.

You will liaise closely with the key Workers and their clients to provide the required interventions, whether that is motivation, confidence, direction or IT support and offer help and guidance on CV's and interview skills to training and development opportunities.

You will have strong IT skills, you will support customers to complete online forms, register new benefit claims, set up email accounts, registering Government Gateway accounts, uploading CV's and cover letters, registering online with agencies and job sites, printing off directions and other forms, photocopying and scanning documents plus other duties as required.

You will possess your Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Advice and Guidance and have extensive knowledge of the local job market, you will advertise employment, volunteering and training opportunities to clients at the centre utilising a range of techniques.
