Looking for Recruitment Consultants to join an ever expanding team of consultants to support contract and permanent recruitment needs of major clients in the Telecommunication, Digital, Marketing and IT sector.

As part of the Talent team you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting major client programmes, so you will need to be used to working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic resourcers who are results driven and have experience with resourcing, pre-screening candidates both face to face and over the telephone or video calling.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Some candidate screening and selection experience
• Experience of recruitment tools/job boards
• An excellent telephone manner, with an ability to pitch to the candidate
• A good level of experience with LinkedIn - with a good understanding of search & attraction techniques
• Some experience of managing candidates through the recruitment process, maintaining good candidate care, and company brand image
• Excellent communication skills, and a team player
• Have previously pre-screened or conducted behaviour based interviews.
