As a Family Court Adviser – which is what they call their Social Workers - you will work directly with vulnerable children and families to advise the Family Courts on the best course of action for the child or young person. You will achieve this by providing case analysis and recommendations to the court. You’ll also attend court and be an advocate for the best interests of the child, ensuring their voice is heard.

In this role you will be part of the team working across as part of the team based in our office but as we've explained, the equipment we provide and the trust we place in you as a professional means you will be able to work in the office, at court, from home, and, of course, with children and families.

As you can imagine the work is demanding. So to be considered for such a privileged, responsible role there are a few things they are looking for from you:

Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years experience,
Registered with the HCPC as a Social Worker in England,
Experienced at working with highly vulnerable children and families, and
An expert in safeguarding, child engagement, inter-agency working, case analysis, planning and recording.
