What you'll do:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM analyst with a proven record of implementing successful CRM projects to join our dynamic and innovative team working across all SB&G products to deliver engaging and personalised communications to our base of over 12 million individuals.

How you'll do it:

Proactively seeking out and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and how CRM can best support them to achieve their goals.

Work closely with the CRM analytics team to review CRM performance and continuously refine our activity.

Leading a team of analysts, using experience to guide others, sharing best practice and providing first line support for queries and personal development.

Keeping abreast of new tech, data science models and product features and planning how they can be ingested into CRM.

Driving margin per customer by building and maintaining a complex system of multi-channel, multi-product customer lifecycle communications.

Utilise CRM tools available (IBM Unica and SQL developer) to build out accurate and measurable data selections for both real time, batch and customer journey program communications.

Adhere to our quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of data
