The Opportunity: This is a client relationship role, managing a large volume of tasks where we will need candidates to be confident in prioritising and making decisions, have strong customer service and communication skills to ensure Grants are processed in line with our contractual obligations. The main areas of focus for the role are: Applications administration - completion of eligibility and financial checks of grant applications, maintaining database and informing grant applicants of progress Project monitoring and reporting - monitoring compliance of projects against European Commission (EC) and British Council guidelines to grant holders as well as reviewing quality and supporting evidence of grant holder reports Financial administration - reconciling grant awards, including assessing invoice and receipt standards, raising payments through SAP and data entry and record keeping Compliance - ensuring that programme beneficiaries adhere to the Erasmus+ regulations Time Management - Working to deadlines to meet contractual obligations Problem Solving - being able to solve problems and think critically are key sills of the role The Cardiff office is the main hub for Erasmus + and is centrally located in Cardiff city Centre, close to all transport links.
