An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding business based at their offices in Bristol.

Ideally you will have recently graduated in Marketing or Graphic design and be looking for your first or second role. You will be will work directly with the Marketing Manager and key Directors of the 4 divisions within the group.

As Design & Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for the following areas: • Company Website(s) • Social Media Platforms • Assisting Marketing & Graphic Design Key Responsibilities Produce all Web content, Marketing materials and Graphic Design to a high professional standard using the Adobe Creative Suite. Manage social media accounts, finding/developing social content and creating attractive web graphics. Maintaining & updating the company website(s): • Create engaging web content/graphics • Adding new & amending existing products. • MSDS uploads. • Updating imagery and pack shots. • Add divisional promotions. (where applicable) • Writing content for blogs etc. Stay up to date with trends and technology in Social Media and Web:

Web optimisation, Add words /Key words etc. Monitor marketing efforts online with regular reporting/analysis to provide recommendations. Updating of literature and label content to specification.

Essential Knowledge and Skills Relevant degree or HND in Graphic Design and experience in online/web platforms would benefit. Good working knowledge of and experience of using the full Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging marketing materials (mainly InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) A Creative flair. Experience of using social media in a similar role would benefit. Experience of creating email campaigns using email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor. Excellent IT skills including use of CMS systems and basic knowledge of HTMLis essential.

Print Process knowledge is preferable and the ability to set artwork up for print projects correctly. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Initiative, drive and enthusiasm (a 'can do' attitude). Good standard of literacy and numeracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to build and maintain relationships with members of the team.
