We are a forward thinking innovative company that is looking to recruit driven individuals to join our outbound call centre.

The Telesales Advisor Role

Working within a fast paced call centre, identify and generate potential clients for a Debt Management Plan, IVA and other financial products utilising excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads to find a financial solution for the customer.

Ability to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute towards the team’s success. Comfortable working as part of a team yet possess the confidence to be self-organised with the ability to use your own initiative.

The leads will all be from pay per click advertising where clients enter their details onto our website actively seeking the product so therefore all leads are warm leads.

As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for targets on:

- Delivering the required amount of sales per day

- Delivering the required amount of calls per day

We require a degree of experience within a call centre environment, background of telesales.

There is potential for progression within the company for the right candidates.

Experience within financial services isn't required for this Telesales Advisor role as we will provide full training, although will be advantageous.
