Customer Service Advisor

The Role
Outbound calling existing customers to complete consumer questionnaires . You will also assist the sales team in speaking to customers to chase missing information so that packs can be completed. For each pack that gets completed, you can earn bonus.

The hours of this role will be between:
Week 1
12pm and 8pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 9am till 5pm and one in 4 Saturdays 10am to 4pm

Week 2
Mon to Thus 10-6pm

You should have previous customer service experience and possess a confident outgoing nature.

Salary starts at 15,500 and rises to 16,500 after 6 months probation
