Learning Support Team Leader
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £31,000
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic specialist to take on the leadership of a dedicated team of learning support professionals.
You will be responsible for ensuring that learners with learning difficulties and disabilities are appropriately assessed and that they receive effective support to enable them to succeed on their courses.
You will have proven experience in effectively assessing and reviewing students' needs and deploying support to best suit each student.
You will have experience in managing a learning support budget and liaising with local authorities.
You will have up to date knowledge of current legislation and codes of practice, including Education Health Care Plans.
You will possess a degree or relevant professional qualification, as well as at least level 2 in English and maths.
