My client is looking for a Area Manager who will have overall responsibility and ownership for leading all aspects of the business. This includes all commercials, sales, operations and people management.
As the Area Manager you will be fully responsible for generating new sales plus growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional service. The services you provide to your customers and clients by yourself and your team will help attract and retain customers and drive the overall profitability of each Business.
Your responsibilities
* Recruiting, training, motivating, leading and developing the team
* Set clear performance expectations for each team member with individual targets
* Conducting meetings to brief the team on daily workflow, prioritising and delegating in order to meet deadlines and customer needs
* Provide clear communication of performance and team objectives through monthly team meetings and one to ones.
