Real Estate Paralegal, Cheltenham

Your new company

They have a large UK presence in Cheltenham and London. They also have an international presence and are currently expanding into Asia. They are currently seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.

Your new role

You will be providing paralegal support. This will include drafting, reviewing and proof-reading legal documents. You will also be providing support for the Land Registry applications and property searches. You will gain experience researching points of law and other factual issues and preparing reports on this. You will be working closely with the Real Estate fee earners.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a paralegal in a relevant area of law. You will need to be able to understand real estate tasks. You will have experience using legal research databases and you will have a strong academic background.
