An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join us in Lambeth.
Within this role, you will be responsible for all the repairs and maintenance area of the contract. You will manage the supervisor team, planning team, operatives and subcontractors and will ensure the contract requirements are exceeded.
You will ensure all aspects of the repairs contract performs within the contract requirements, including client liaison, communication with external and internal agencies, ensure all KPI’s are exceeded and maintained.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of repairs and maintenance management in the Social Housing sector coupled with experience of effectively managing and developing staff.
With experience of managing subcontractors, you will be able to provide technical support to the entire work force and will have current knowledge of H&S Regulations with the sector. Familiarity with working to QA standards will also be required and you should have knowledge of HR functions.
Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
