Could you help us transform the lives of the boys and girls in our care? It’s your chance to act as an inspiring mentor, supporting young people to make positive changes in their behaviour, build strong relationships and integrate successfully with the community.

These are hugely rewarding roles – and they all offer a unique opportunity to help us make our exciting journey ahead a success. Although a background in care would be great, it’s not essential. You can look forward to a full induction and on-going training and support, as well as the opportunity to study for professional qualifications.
