Salary: GBP19,000-GBP22,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-10pm- Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm- 3 weekends on, 5 weekends off. Daily shift lengths will vary. Always 37.5 hours a week
I am recruiting an inbound customer support advisor for a well-established company in the heart of Brighton. They are offering an amazing 3-week training scheme before you start to get a good feel of the role and company.
Your main responsibilities will be receiving calls from existing customers and booking in any engineers that may be needed. The company are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner and who can work well under pressure.
You will be customer focused and enjoying working towards targets.
Some experience would be beneficial.
