HR Manager

My client is looking for a HR Manager to join their successful, well established business based in Bath and Bristol. The HR Manager role is newly created and will be instrumental to the growth and development of the organisation.
As HR Manager you will provide support across the business alongside coaching and advising with employee relations, policy and procedural development, disciplinaries and grievances and employee engagement.

Duties will involve:
• Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers
• Recruitment and selection
• Improve and maintain induction programme
• Development of HR policies and procedures
• Delivery of key HR objectives
• Employee engagement
• Promote the Company's culture and identify ways to integrate into HR initiatives / processes
• HR data management and reporting

A CIPD qualification is highly desirable as is proven experience in a similar role. You must be used to working in a fast paced and ever changing environment and current knowledge of employment law is essential.
