Chef / Kitchen Team Leader

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic chef. Previous experience in this role is preferred but we will consider inexperienced candidates as in-house training will be provided.

As a chef, your responsibilities will include;

keeping up a high standard of food quality

setting up a busy kitchen for the days service

preparing food for that days service

maintaining good personal and food hygiene

clearing down the kitchen ready for the next days service

supporting your head chef and team leaders in progressing and enhancing food quality and service

supporting your head chef and team leaders in recruiting a master team
