Field Service Manager (Shop fitting experience)

Multi Trades Recruitment are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager who has 5 years recent Shop Fitting Experience and has joinery experience mainly within banks or car dealerships.
You will be working with Blue Chip Clients at senior level. Must also be able to communicate effectively at all levels. The individual will be responsible for the day to day organising of the Installation teams and will liaise between client, project managers and installation crews, mainly to ensure projects finish on time and to budget.
The most important area would be the knowledge of Shop Fitting on a hands on basis and joinery but our client is mainly looking for a hands on shop fitting/installation person with recent experience.

About the Job:
previous experience in Joinery and Shop Fitting on a hands on basis
Carry out individual Site Surveys and Installations as well as working with the wider team for more demanding projects
Able to liaise with Project Managers, Designers and Fabrications throughout projects, ensuring the relevant individuals are fully aware of project progress
Attend difficult installations, especially if you have already carried out the survey
Carry out site completion inspections
Carry out site installation audits when required
Work on time and to budget
Work proactively to suggest improvements and cost savings where possible

Requirements:
Previous proven experience on site with a Joinery and Shop Fitting background
Knowledge and ability to carry out site surveys and audits
IT Skills including MS word and Excel
Valid and clean driving licence
SMSTS accreditation (ideal) or SSSTS (minimum requirement)
Passport ability to travel on UK and international projects
Team player

GBP40,000 basic plus weekend overtime if available
