Business Standards and Controls Manager
Cardiff
£35000 - £55000 per annum
Client is market leading Financial Services business in Cardiff, they are looking for a Business Standards and Controls Manager. With the support of a small team, you will design, implement and embed an effective Operational Risk framework.
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Provide operational oversight of business risks
* Ensure that polivies, procedures, processes and systems are adequate and effective. Analyse relevant information and feedback from across the operation in order to identify existin and emerging risk issues
* Ensure risks, issues, errors and breaches are accurately identified and reported
* Develop and implement a robust quality assurance framework and supporting management information in order to maintain service standards and drive continuous improvement
My client is looking for credible Operational Risk professionals with practical experience in frameworks and specific Risk and Controls experience.
