Due to expansion we are seeking to fill a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join the team.
The Senior Technician / Master Technician Opportunity:
Whilst a Volvo qualified Technician is preferred, other Manufacturer Technicians at the same level may also apply, as FULL TRAINING will be given.
+ To carry out a new car Pre-Delivery Inspection to the customer requirements
+ To carry out used vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (Selekt)
+ To carry out warranty repairs, recalls and campaigns
+ To carry out fitment of accessories
+ To work to set production times whilst meeting set KPI’s
+ To work as part of the New and Used Car Team’s delivering quality
+ Fully qualified as a Level 3 Technician through Volvo
Main Duties:
+ Preparation of new and used vehicles in accordance with PDI schedules for Client Fleets
+ Diagnose, report and rectify any defects found
+ Ensure that all repair documentation is completed as required
+ Carry out safety checks, underside bodywork inspection & tyre work to all types of vehicles
+ Liaison with Workshop Manager and team members to ensure all deadlines are met
+ Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
+ Fit order dealer accessories
+ Road and Ramp Inspection of returning used vehicles to identify defects
+ Warranty Repairs and Administration
+ Mechanical Repairs
+ Further Advancement and Training Through the Volvo VCPA
Role Info:
+ Working Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week
+ Reporting to: PDI/Workshop Manager
+ Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.
