Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor/Team Leader?
Do you have excellent people management skills?
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a prestigious brand in Bridgwater. Main duties to include:
• Ensure that quality targets are met, working in conjunction with the Quality team, through the supply of product to agreed specification identifying improvements with regard to consistency, reduction of scrap and total number of repairs.
• Maintain hourly work output paperwork ensuring that product is supplied for distribution on time and through full adherence to production plans.
• Hold morning meetings with the line communicating any important messages from the business
• Ensure basic output figures are maintained
• Conduct basic housekeeping responsibilities
• Log absence and behavioural issues on PPM drive and T&A taking advice from HR when necessary
• Handling of confidential employee information (i.e. absence data)
• Monitor staff within the line to check they comply to all health & safety regulations and company policy
• Continuously monitor the performance of the team
• Identify and implement changes improve the flow and productivity of the line and inspire and lead the teams in all aspects of operational improvement
