SUPPORT WORKERS URGENTLY REQUIRED IN BURNHAM ON SEA FOR PERMANENT CONTRACTS - GBP8.00-GBP10.00 PER HOUR.
I am currently working with one of the leading UK charities for Autism and Learning disabilities. There are a number of permanent vacancies available across numerous sites in Somerset. You will be able to work flexible shift patterns and benefit from competitive hourly rates and holiday entitlement.
Ideally you will have experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities, however if you have had experience in any care sector and have transferable skills this is advantageous
NVQ's are desirable but not essential.
There are shift patterns to suit everyone's needs, full time, part time, nights and flexible working arrangements.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude, be dedicated to encouraging independence and supporting individuals with varying levels of ability.
