Derbyshire based manufacturing company looking for Mechanical Fitter to work in a busy workshop environment as part of a team. The successful candidate should be able to follow established processes but also be able to offer individual input to the job role.
Typical task will include:-
" Mechanical assembly / dis-assembly of small railway vehicles and measuring equipment
" Service & Maintenance of equipment
" Troubleshooting / fault finding
" Knowledge of wiring / electrical systems beneficial
You will ideally come from a Mechanical fitting, maybe Electrical, Read Engineering Drawings background.
Be able to assemble new equipment and conduct maintenance of old equipment.
Qualifications: Apprenticeship or equivalent , City & Guilds in Engineering or equivalent
Full Driving Licence
Ability to work in a small team or alone
Computer literate
