Operations Analyst

This is a new, exciting role for a company based in Nottingham City Centre, who are looking to for an Operations Analyst to support the business as they go through a tremendous growth period

With offices throughout the UK, one in New York and most recently Nottingham, they are a fast growing IT Consultancy organisation and need an Operations Analyst to grow with them and evolve with the company.

You will become the backbone to the Nottingham office. It`s going to require a talented, versatile, bright, energetic individual that can get along with all of the team, help and support them as the business grows and be happy being busy!!
About the role and what you need
You will be responsible for all of the recruitment, including resourcing, organising interviews and Onboarding new hires.
Help with the coordination of events in the Nottingham area, both attending and arranging them
Look after the wellbeing of the staff within the Nottingham office
You will be highly organised, able to multi task with the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
Thrive working in a fast paced environment.

With 20 years in the industry and a host of industry awards they will train you on the business but you need to take an interest in what they do too so you can get involved at all levels.
You will ideally have Recruitment experience either Agency or direct
You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail.
If you have an entrepreneurial outlook too, this would be a great role for you as it is a new position you can make it your own.

Be an office manager/recruiter with lots of new ideas you want to share and get involved in.

Salary up to 27k depending on experience
