Panel Beater (Filler Experience) - Industry Leader

Who we are:
We are the Fleet Solutions division of the UK’s number one provider of vehicle remarketing logistics services for the automotive sector established in 1946.
We work with large retailer groups to support the vehicle preparation and handover of new vehicles to leasing companies or for events and demos. Working jointly with Operations and Logistics, our Customer Service team is a vital part of the process to support these retailer groups by creating an exceptional booking and handover process whilst supporting the excitement of receiving a new car and increasing satisfaction.
The Panel Beater Opportunity:
Reporting into the Technical and Refinishing Supervisor & Bodyshop Team Leader the role of the Panel Beater will be to assist in the daily production of the Bodyshop department in order to achieve production figures, and produce high quality vehicles in line with Customer standards.
About You:
+ ATA Qualified – preferred not essential
+ Recognised Apprenticeship
+ Ability to work under pressure essential
+ Full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 current penalty points essential
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Previous experience (3 years minimum) in a similar automotive environment essential
+ Additional Bodyshop skills an advantage
+ Experience in filler work is most important
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Body Shop Technician, Body Shop Repair Technician, Body Shop Filler, Smart Repart Technician, Accident Repair Technician.
