Brook Street Nottingham are excited to be working with a specialist rail engineering and metal fabrication firm, in Shardlow Derbyshire. This is a growing and successful company who now seek an Account Administrator to join their team.
The role will be working in a team of 2 office staff and will involve a lot of work using Sage 50. You will be inputting invoices onto the system and generating reports. You will be able to use Sage 50 to a competent level. The role will also involve a variety Account Admin duties and you will also be responsible for taking incoming calls into the business.
Typical task will include:-
" Data input & use of Sage Line 50
" Sales / purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation, journals, Petty Cash / Filing
" Balancing of accounts, statements, profit & loss & balance sheets
" Use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
" Interact with customers and suppliers daily.
You will be a team player with a good sense of humour and will ideally come from an engineering background although this is not essential.
