Our client is a globally operating provider of leading software solutions to the property management and real estate industry. They are currently looking for two Technical Account Managers to join their Client Services Division in Milton Keynes, starting as soon as possible.

The Role: 

As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide a high quality service to customers and ensure that their support queries are swiftly resolved. 

Joining a small, close-knit team, you will: 

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers 
- Prioritise queries and advise customers of the status of their issue 
- Identify issues and manage/deliver resolution plans 
- Update the support logs with all actions taken 
- Escalate issues as required 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- At least two years’ experience in customer service, account management or software support 
- Proven skills in interrogating underlying databases using SQL 
- Accountancy knowledge (such as financial accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes), gained via an accountancy related qualification or by working for an accountancy firm or accountancy software company 
- To be a self-starter with a flexible approach 
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills 

Experience of property management would be a real bonus, but is by no means essential. A degree level qualification would also be an advantage, as would experience of supporting accountancy software. 

Any software application support experience would be of particular interest, especially if the application was held on an Oracle or SQL Database platform. 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates with experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support Advisor, Software Support Technician, Customer Support Advisor, Account Manager, or Customer Account Manager.
