Over the next five years we plan to maintain our growth and pre-eminent position in the market. We are building a team to support and manage this growth ensuring we maintain the highest standards in all that we deliver.

With this in mind, an excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Compliance Manager to join us at our office in Enfield.

Within this role, you will monitor and manage our compliance with all statutory and regulatory legislation and standards including the Homes & Communities Agency, Health & Safety, ARLA, and Landlord & Tenant Act. Working with the Property Services and Asset Management team, the Quality Manager and the Mears Group Health and Safety team, you will ensure all policies, processes and requirements are met and take all the necessary actions to ensure the business is compliant with all the requirements.

In addition, you will support the Senior Management Team of MHM in running and organising the work of the business. This will include but not limited to supporting and advising the Registered Providers incorporated within the business, managing a range of stakeholders both internal and external.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) coupled with substantial office experience in a relevant environment.

With exceptional organisation and planning skills, you will also have knowledge of the health, safety and compliance regulations, requirements and industry standards.

You should be IT literate, utilising a variety of software packages, and will be able to accurately compile and submit official reports and returns. You will also be familiar with minute taking in meetings.
