Estate Agency Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Basic GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 + Commission GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 OTE
A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join my clients' Independent Estate Agents.
My client is seeking an experienced Property Sales Manager who can take the sales department to the next level and take on the responsibility of the day to day running of the office. We require someone who can utilise their experience to take ownership of the sales department and drive them forward. For the right candidate, there could be the potential of Directorship within the agency.
Key duties within this position will include:
?? Canvassing for new Sales opportunities
?? Promoting the business
?? Overseeing and managing the Sales team of 7
?? Conducting 1-2-1's and reviews
?? Conducting morning meetings
?? Setting targets
?? Arranging and conducting valuations
?? Marketing properties
?? Closing for business
?? Generating new business opportunities
This client has a very successful sales business and has huge potential within a large and diverse market. We are looking for someone who is motivated, driven and hungry to come on-board and drive the business forward.
In return, my client is offering a negotiable basic salary with a realistic on target earnings of up to GBP50,000.
