You're next job is working as a First Line IT Support Technician.

You will be taking calls from Clients who are having technical problems with their printers or other hard ware and helping them fix what is up. You love giving good customer service and making sure the Client is happy. You're reputation depends upon this.

If you have networking knowledge gained in the print industry, that will be great. Knowledge of Papercut will definitely get your foot in the door.

You could be a field networking professional with many years experience or a college or university leaver with a fantastic, enthusiastic interest in computer networks. If you've got a great work ethic and want to develop then Phil (your new boss) will train you. I tell you now, he knows how to spot the right guy to sit across from him in the office.

You will working for this very large, successful and expanding printer / fax company in Bath. The hours are 9 to 5:30 with a handsome benefit package of £18000 to £25000 depending how long you've been doing networking.
