Employer Relationship Manager GBP36,050 per annum Head Office, Vauxhall, London Full time, 35hours per week Ref: 800 Leonard Cheshire Disability is one of the world's leading charities for disabled people. We believe that disabled people should have the freedom to live their lives the way they choose - with the opportunity and support to live independently, to contribute economically and to participate fully in society. The impact of our work is felt worldwide. We are the UK's largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people and this year we will directly support over 7,000 disabled people in the UK and many more worldwide through our global alliance working in 54 countries. We also campaign actively for a world where every person is equally valued. If the employment rate for disabled people matched that of the rest of the UK, an extra two million people would be working. Change100 is our flagship programme that aims to change that and unlock currently untapped potential to give employers access to a talent pool bursting with ability, creativity and insight. Change100 is an internship programme that supports the UK's top employers to provide 3-month work experience opportunities for participants and enable them to become more confident about disability. We have ambitious targets to grow the programme and are seeking a proactive and target-driven individual to join the team and take a lead in driving forward that expansion. As Employer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a pipeline of employer partners, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction, sales portfolio growth and retention of clients. You will lead on our employer marketing campaign, ensuring we have a presence at relevant conferences and events, as well as involvement with professional networks and disability forums. You will also play a key role in the development of our employer offer thinking strategically about how we can strengthen our corporate partnerships. You will be adept at generating and managing a pipeline of clients/employers, and a proven track record of relationship management. You will also have demonstrable experience of generating high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, quality of service with superb communication skills and an ability to influence to generate sales.
