With Frank Recruitment Group operating in over 70 countries worldwide, we now require an experienced candidate to fill a Recruitment Manager role in our brand new Newcastle office.

Given the technical nature of our focus technologies, we invest time in interacting with candidates and clients to determine exactly what they are looking for in a recruitment service. This attention to detail is essential to providing a comprehensive recruitment experience that clients will be happy to use again.

Expectations for Recruitment Managers in Newcastle:
  • 4 years' minimum experience in a sales or recruitment leadership role.
  • Sales skills are essential, as our Managers are expected to complete at least one deal per month in addition to leading a team.
  • Managers are expected to attend industry knowledge and networking events to bolster contacts and improve expertise.
  • Management involves everything from coaching to discipline, and we expect applicants to have experience of leading people in a vibrant working environment.

Understanding how the recruitment process works in practice is also extremely important, as you will be empowered to form new business relationships, taking on new clients and candidates.
